The Elderly Care Station is a stand-alone unit that has an integrated touch-screen, an integrated biometric sensor a slim-line keyboard and a built in printer. All of which is controlled by a powerful computer.
This stylish touch-screen kiosk made of light aluminium and finshed in blue and white glossy paint allows you to use the Elderly Care System software directly by touching the screen.

How does it work?
A “VlRDl-LOCK” is fitted next to the required doors (Main entrance, staff entrance) and is connected to an electric lock (Magnetic, Catch or Dead Bolt) and to the main server via your local Area Network. When someone places their finger on the device, the system verifies their identity and lets them in or not depending on the permissions you’ve set in the ECS software.
For example, you could set the visit time between 2pm and 5pm and if a visitor comes outside those hours, the system will not let them in. On the similar principal, you could allow some of your residents to go out while others may not be allowed |  WI-CAM | WI-CAM stands for Wireless Care Attendance Monitor. Specifically designed for the domiciliary care market, it can also be used in a Care Home environment and allow you to record the time and the length of care provided to each of your patients and by which staff. These records are then transferred to the ECS software and are filtered by patients and staff to provide a detailed list of which staff cared for which resident and the amount of care each patient received and at what time.
A selection of reports are available that certify to your inspector that you have provided the required amount of care.

Coming up soon, is the brand new ECS Mobile software.
ECS Mobile will be compatible with all Pocket Pc’s running Windows Mobile Operating System.
Amongst other things. EC Mobile will allow you to record new admissions, access most of the resident’s records, record administered medications, write your daily care notes, record your resident’s menu choices...etc. When finished, you simply replace the Pocket PC on its docking cradle and it will automatically update your main ECS software. | | |
