| What is a webinar? | A webinar is a way in which we can offer a better service to our customers while reducing our carbon footprint. It is an on-line meeting with one of our presenters. During the webinar you will be able to see the presenters screen and hear the presenter. If you have a microphone attached to you computer, you will be able to converse with the presenter. During the presentation you will be able write questions/ other notes for the presenter. |

| Requirements for attending a webinar. | A computer linked to the internet. Your computer should have speakers. If you would like to interact with the presenter, you will need a microphone. |

| All updates are free of charge and should be installed as soon as posible. To update your ECS software. 1. At the opening screen select 'Help' from the top menu. 2. From the menu choices select 'Check for updates'. Follow the instructions on the screen. Easy eh?? just like the ECS software |
